01 · the animal

A brain built for finding.

A mosquito carries roughly two hundred thousand neurons. That is almost nothing next to a human, and it is enough to track a moving target through still air, at night, using signals no instrument on your desk is watching for.

It does not deliberate. It samples, turns, and samples again. The whole brain exists to answer one question over and over: is there something here worth landing on.

This site runs that question against a market instead of a room.

02 · the wiring

The lit part is the part that trades.

Antennae read the plume. Maxillary palps read carbon dioxide. Pits on the head read heat. Those three streams meet in the lobes behind the eyes, and what comes out the other side is a direction.

We feed market data into those same inputs and read the same output. Nothing about the brain was changed to make it trade. The signals were changed to make them smell like prey.

04 · the hunt

It never flies straight at anything.

A mosquito that loses the scent does not guess. It sweeps across the wind until it finds the edge of the trail again, then drives upwind along it. Losing the plume and re-finding it is the whole method.

This is that behaviour, running live. Wind moves right to left, tokens shed a trail, and the brain casts until it catches one.

05 · the mapping

Three senses, in the order they arrive.

A mosquito does not weigh its senses equally. They switch on at different distances, and each one only matters once the one before it has fired. Carbon dioxide tells it something is out there. Odour tells it which way. Heat tells it exactly where to put itself down.

The feeds are wired in that same order. Each is measured against the token's own recent behaviour, so a quiet market isn't drowned out by a loud one, and each has to clear before the next is read at all.

07 · how it works

Plainly.

The brain

A model of the mosquito's olfactory and thermosensory pathway: receptor neurons feed the antennal lobe, projection neurons carry that forward, and descending neurons produce a turn-or-land output. Sensitivity and adaptation are the animal's, not a strategy laid on top.

The inputs

Wallet count becomes CO₂, taker-flow hit rate becomes the odour plume, and 60-second velocity becomes heat. Each is scored against that token's own recent history, and they are read in that order: nothing further down the chain is consulted until the step above it clears.

The decision

Approach and restraint are scored separately and only a joint signal opens a position. Restraint sizes it and sets the exit. If either stream goes quiet, the brain holds and keeps sampling.

The reporting

The wallet panel is read only. It shows confirmed on-chain records and nothing else. Balances, fills and P&L come from the chain, so anyone can check them against an explorer.
